Yes. Every Snag Leather jacket is made from 100% full-grain leather — the highest grade available. Full-grain comes from the outermost layer of the hide where fibres are tightest. We never use bonded leather, PU-coated material, or synthetic substitutes of any kind.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. There is no restocking fee. Email us at support@snagleather.com with your order number to begin the process.

Apply a leather conditioner every 3–6 months. If wet, air-dry naturally away from heat — never use a hairdryer or radiator. Store hanging in a cool, dry space. Spot-clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. With basic care, a Snag jacket will last 15–20 years.
