Really wanted to love this jacket and the sheepskin quality is genuinely good. But mine arrived with uneven shearling on the collar, noticeably thinner on the right side than the left. In natural light it’s obvious. Sent photos to customer service and the response was slow. Still waiting on a proper resolution. Two stars for now because the defect should have been caught before it shipped.
